A guided method of Meditation that adapts to the individual to overcome one's own inner obstacle's or challenge's whether it be feelings of anxiety, stress etc or looking for a greater understanding of oneself within the world...
I have been following and continue to follow this method and sincerely recommend it to all people...whatever their reason's/circumstances may be that they find this Meditation method!

Before I couldn't recognise when I was wrong. I just tried to Meditate to fix the world around me and not myself.
It was just like taking a shower and knowing that I would be soon dirty again.
Later I learnt to see my faults and listen to my family and others. I could then change myself.
I am now free of anger and other negative minds. I truly love my family and I am always happy.
So if you have just started Meditation, or you have been doing it for a while, keep on going. With patience all curiousity and questions will be solved.
